  • Kambo is offered as a sacred cleansing and resilience-building ceremony, supporting the body’s natural intelligence and capacity to return to balance.
    My role is to guide you through the experience with care, presence, and respect for your physical, emotional, and energetic process, while offering support before, during, and after the ceremony.
    Each session is approached intentionally, honoring both the power of the medicine and your unique rhythm.

  • The Threshold Container is an 8-week, one-on-one support space for women moving through a life transition.
    It offers steady, side-by-side accompaniment that adapts to your needs as they shift, supporting emotional grounding, self-trust, and inner alignment.
    This work is relational, nervous-system aware, and designed to help you cross into a new season feeling more anchored in yourself.

  • Sometimes what we need is not advice, analysis, or fixing, but a human presence who can listen without being pulled into our story.
    This work offers the feeling of being understood, without obligation or emotional entanglement.
