Whether you’re actively preparing to conceive or simply feeling the call to align more deeply with your feminine energy, this retreat offers space to root into your own knowing—so you can walk forward with clarity, strength, and softness.

  • This one-day retreat is held in a calm and intimate indoor space, designed to support deep rest, healing, and reconnection before conception.

    Your day will include:

    • Opening circle and intention setting

    • Kambo ceremony (with optional Sananga and Hapé)

    • Conscious Circular Breathwork session

    • A nourishing, plant-based lunch

    • Integration time: rest, journaling, reflection

    • Closing ritual + grounding snack

    • Gentle aftercare guidance for continued support

    This retreat is about softening, detoxifying, and returning to your own rhythm—so you can step toward motherhood feeling grounded, clear, and empowered.
